Then complete the transfer forms and attend DLT with the seller — or the seller's authorised representative — for official transfer. We coordinate each step and accompany you to DLT to complete the process.
How much does it cost to transfer car ownership in Thailand?: DLT transfer fees are paid to the government on the day. The fixed line items are small (roughly a few hundred baht), plus stamp duty assessed on the vehicle's value. Our buyer-side coordination fee is 20,000 THB and covers Thai-language seller communication, document verification, and accompanied DLT transfer.
What proof of address do I need to register a car?: DLT asks foreign buyers to prove a Thai address. A Certificate of Residence from Immigration (informally called “TM.16” by some services) is the most common document, and a yellow house book or a work permit are usually accepted alternatives.
